    Temari Temari - Traditional Japanese embroidered balls, the ancient Japanese aristocrats entertainment, has become an art. In the VIII century Japan imported the first balls from China. Originally the balls were made of mothers and grandmothers of children from scraps of old kimonos. Fabric squeezed, was wound with thread and embroidered with decorative designs. Initially, the balls were intended to play down, they did so tight that they have actually jumped, and later similar toys used street jugglers, but eventually temari balls became more ornamental status. Balls with embroidered silk threads have appeared in XIV-XVI centuries. First
