Holiday crafts for kids: Stained Glass Easter Eggs

More paper plate craft! These are made in the same way as a suncatcher. Paint the back of 2 paper plates, cut out an egg shape from the centre and glue on strips of cellophane. Instead of leaving the cellophane transparent, I have attached a sheet of white paper to enhance the coloured strips.

An easier option is the make the Stained Glass Egg on a sheet of coloured card. Simply cut the egg shape from the centre of the card, glue the cellophane strips and back with a sheet of white paper.
