If a Christmas tree – a symbol of celebration, an integral part of New Year’s decorations, the snowman – a symbol of childhood. I suggest you remember childhood and to please yourself and loved ones home knitted snowman:)

Materials:

• remnants of red, green and thread color of white gold.

• hook of appropriate size.

• 1 tennis ball and a bead has a diameter slightly smaller than a tennis ball.

• needle and thin thread of tone.

• “Golden” waxed thread.

• PVA glue, a brush.

• Paper.

• 2 black beads, 2 black beads.

Getting Started:

For the head and torso snowman we need 2 beads. One size bigger, the other – a smaller one. As a basis for the body can also use a tennis ball. That the original color was not visible through the knitting, preliminary Colour the blank white acrylic paint.

I usually use the following algorithm for roping spherical shapes of any size (beads or beads, having tied for such an algorithm obtained very accurate due to the addition of a uniform loops):

. 1 4 VP somknite in a ring. Next knit circular rows, increasing the number of loops in each of the next row, in accordance with the scheme set out in the beginning of this article.

2. Complete the addition at a time when your related procurement, the situation on the basis of your not equal in diameter (metering performed by looking at the top).

The photograph on the right shows that you want to associate at least one other number, so that our preparation and stained tennis ball caught up in diameter.

The photograph on the left: the diameter of our harvesting is the diameter of a tennis ball.

3. Mid provyazyvayut any spherical shape without adding loops. Number of rows at the same time determined by eye. Usually it is necessary provyazat thus about 1 / 4 of the ball.

4. Dec loop follows the same pattern as the addition, only in reverse order and with only one proviso: that the scheme is shown as “2 sc in one loop provyazat previous series’, knits as 1 sc through the loop of the previous row .

For example, you are finished adding loops in 4 series (ie the last row you knit as follows: * 2 sc in loop of previous row, 2 sc. Repeat from * 6 times). Total you have in the series was 4 * 6 = 24 sectors of the loop.

Then you provyazali 5 rows, without adding loops.

Now you need to start lessening, ie actually return to

a. 3 * 6 = 18 series of sectors,

b. then to 2 * 6 = 12 series of sectors,

c. then the 6 series,

d. and, finally, to finish knitting.

To return to the 18 rows you need to knit * 1 sc through the loop of the previous row, 2 sc. 6 times repeat from *.

To return to the 12 rows you need to knit * 1 sc, 1 sc through the loop of the previous row. 6 times repeat from *.

To return to the 6 series you need to knit * 1 sc through the loop of the previous row. 6 times repeat from *.

To finish the knitting, just take away the loop until (ie knit through the loop of the previous row), while knitting will not hide the ball.

The photograph on the right: finished piece bandaged torso and head of the future snowman.

To firmly join our torso and head, end of the thread of blank trunk Pass through the penultimate series of blank head and tightly tightening, tie on the site.

For the scarf:

1. Take the thread of contrasting color.

2. Thin spokes dial 10 loops.

3. Normal rubber band (1 persons. Izn 1.) Knit fabric measuring about 20 cm

Nose:

1. Take a sheet of paper

2. roll up his cone,

3. Cut unnecessary part,

4. end secure with PVA glue,

5. through the resulting billet drag the orange wire (see photo).

6. dampening thread PVA glue evenly wrap it around a piece of paper.

Since the cap – it is nothing as part of the bandaged spherical shape, all use the same algorithm given in the beginning of this article. Ie knit hat, first adding the loop, then a few rows without adding loops.

Take 2 black and 2 black bugle beads. Sew them as an eye to our billet.

Povyazhite the finished scarf.

It remains to attach the nose. To do this, thread the yarn through the base of the nose. With the first needle fasten one end of the thread, pull the nose, and finally, attach the other end of the thread.

The final touch: drag the tip of the cap gold waxed cord, with which our snowman will be hung on the tree.
