      Materials: glass bowl, room temperature water, toothpick, nail polish, tape, nail polish remover   First paint nails a base coat. Then, tape around your nails the best you can. Annie used clear tape so it is hard to see! This process needs to be done quickly to avoid letting the nail polish dry.
